The Possibility of Using Endophytic Micromycetes for Increasing Plant Metal Resistance

The aim of this research was to study the effect inoculation with Cylindrocarpon magnusianum endotrophic micromycete on physiological and biochemical parameters tomato test plants under action heavy metal salts. were inoculated fungus culture (control population) populations preliminarily adapted stress factor. Then, grown control conditions substrates different concentrations salts (zinc, copper, lead chromium). After population C. fungus, a stimulating increasing plants’ resistance not detected. When adaptive reactions associated content photosynthetic pigments in leaves formation plant biomass significantly manifested. Under these conditions, more intense development fungal infection roots observed contrast use population. These findings therefore demonstrated an effective partnership between root system extreme for life.
